Spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Turn heat to medium. Spread peanut butter over one tortilla using the back of a spoon. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and marshmallows. Cover with another tortilla. Cook over med heat one to two minutes. Turn over and cook another minute or two, until chocolate melts and marshmallows "puff up" a little. Remove from skillet and cut into triangles. Yummy.
My family loved these. I think I might try drizzling a little caramel ice cream topping over top before serving next time.
