- 2 large yellow onions (or 3 medium)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small French bread
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
Slice and separate onions. Add margarine and cook in microwave 6-8 minutes. Mix cream of chicken soup with milk and soy sauce. Mix with onions. Slice small French bread and butter on both sides. Put bread on top of onion mixture in small casserole. Top with shredded Swiss cheese. Bake in oven at 350 degrees F until cheese melts. I double and sometimes triple onions and margarine. Put in larger casserole.
