- 2 lb. extra lean ground beef
- 1 box onion soup mix (both packages.)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 5 tubes buttermilk biscuits
Brown ground beef with soup mix. When done, stir in cheddar cheese. Pat out each biscuit; place a generous teaspoonful of meat mixture on each and pinch shut. Place on cookie sheet, pinched side down. Bake at 375 degrees F until golden brown. Can be reheated in microwave.
