Tolin's Tasty BBQ MeatBalls

Ingredients:

Meatballs

• 2 lbs. ground beef
• 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
• 1 small onion, diced
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. garlic salt
• 1 tsp. chili powder

BBQ Sauce

• 2 cups ketchup
• 1 cup brown sugar or splenda
• 1 tsp. garlic salt
• 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke

Directions:

Meatballs: Mix all the ingredients until well blended. Form into small meatballs place in Pam sprayed 9x13 inch Baking Dish.

Sauce: Mix all the ingredients in a small saucepan bring to a boil. Pour Over Meatballs Bake covered at 400 degrees F in Foil for 45 minutes.

Serves 4 -6

Source: My best friend, Polly shared this recipe with me several years ago. Yum! Always a big hit for potlucks, reunions or family dinners. My daughter begs me to fix meatballs all the time. Cheap easy and DELICIOUS!
