Make a Medical Journal

Get a regular journal or spiral notebook, and make a medical journal out of it. Write down any of the past sicknesses in the family and bring it with you when going to the doctor's. Not only will you have the family history but you can also write down exactly what the doctor says, what medications you need to have, etc. Then if for some reason you can't give the information yourself, the book has all the information.

What a great idea!
I had my physical last week and I did write down my medications, date of last menstrual period, vitamins and supplements I take, questions to ask the doctor, etc. I'm sure it not only saves me time, but the doctor as well.

Tip: Make a Medical Journal

I don't know if this would help anyone, I just read it out of a magazine and thought it might be interesting to try. I haven't tried it yet but if anyone does please post if it works!
