Ingredients
  • 1 package white or yellow cake mix
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 can of your favorite pie filling

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Put oil in 9x13 inch pan; tilt to cover bottom. Put cake mix, eggs and water into pan. Stir with fork or spoon until blended (about 2 minutes). Scrape sides and spread evenly in pan. Spoon pie filling onto batter; use a fork to swirl fruit into batter just enough to create a marbled effect. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cooled cake may be sprinkled with powdered sugar or make a thin powdered sugar icing and spread thinly on cake.
