Meat and Potato Leftovers
- leftover roast pork or beef
- garlic salt
- olive oil or vegetable oil with 1 Tbsp. butter
- green pepper (optional)
Cut potatoes in squares, slice onion, mix seasonings together with last nights roast and place on a cookies sheet and cook until the potatoes are tender.
As they cook, sprinkle a little water on the meat so it does not dry out. I serve a side of applesauce or a salad with this.
