A nice sweetened twist for horseradish sauce. :-)
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish, or to taste
- 1 1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
- 1 tsp. orange juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and refrigerate one hour before serving. The sauce refrigerates well for about a week.
