In Southern California Hometown Buffet, Black Angus steak House and Pick Up Sticks have a buy 1 get 1 free for your birthday.

There's lots more, too. I am always signing my grandson up for them. People don't realize that most any restaurant has a web site and if you sign up for the newsletter you automatically get sent at the least coupons or most of the time a free meal or item for your birthday. Just google the restaurants name and get there web sites.
A few that do so are:
Zacksbies:free complete meal for any one plus they have a kids birthday club for a meal or free cookie too

dairy queen
taco johns:free dessert
chickfilet:In June if kids come dresses as cows(web site gives you a face template to print). They get a free kids meal.
