- 2 cups coconut
- 1 1/2 cups raisins
- 1 cup liquid honey
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup each of chopped dried apricots, apples, pears.
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 1/4 cups sesame seeds
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 cup unsalted peanuts
In a small bowl stir in honey, vanilla, and peanut butter. Add dry ingredients; blend thoroughly. Mix with your hands to make sure all dry ingredients have been well coated. Pack in a lightly greased 9 X 12 teflon pan. Press down and smooth top. Place pan on a cookie sheet and bake at 275 degrees F oven for 30 minutes or until barely tinged with gold. Cool completely on cake rack. Chill in refrigerator several hours before cutting into bars.
