1/2 cup each of chopped dried apricots, apples, pears.
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1 1/4 cup sesame seeds
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup unsalted peanuts
Directions
In a small bowl stir in honey, vanilla and peanut butter. Add dry ingredients; blend thoroughly. Mix with your hands to make sure all dry ingredients have been well coated. Pack in a lightly greased 9 X 12 teflon pan. Press down and smooth top. Place pan on a cookie sheet and bake at 275 degree F oven for 30 minutes or until barely tinged with gold. Cool completely on cake rack. Chill in refrigerator several hours before cutting into bars.
