Herbed Yogurt Cheese
- 4 cups nonfat plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup snipped fresh dill weed or 1 Tbsp. dried dill weed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Line 6 inch strainer with coffee filter or double thickness cheesecloth. Place strainer over bowl. Mix all ingredients, then pour into strainer. Cover strainer and bowl and refrigerate at least 12 hours. Unmold onto plate. Garnish with freshly ground pepper and additional dill weed, if desired.
