Ingredients
- 4 cups nonfat plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup snipped fresh dill weed or 1 Tbsp. dried dill weed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Directions
Line 6 inch strainer with coffee filter or double thickness cheesecloth. Place strainer over bowl. Mix all ingredients; pour into strainer. Cover strainer and bowl; refrigerate at least 12 hours. Unmold onto plate. Garnish with freshly ground pepper and additional dill weed, if desired.
