I don't know how to make a spring pole for my 2 yr old lab/pit bull mix. I've heard that they're great for exercise if used responsibly. I've found a few helpful websites but so far nothing too great. Any info on how to make a "safe" and easy spring pole would be much appreciated.

I am looking into making a homemade spring pole for my 1yr. old purple ribbon blue pit Atticus. The most helpful site I've found with directions on how to construct a good springpole is

Good Luck!
