What is an affordable bleach alternative for industrial cleaning (a meat market)? I am hoping, maybe vinegar or hydrogen peroxide. If so, what is the mixture ratio? Thanks. Angie

Your local health dept. will have safe guidelines to use. Please don't risk the health of your customers by doing anything else. You would have HUGE liability if someone got sick from your food.

Hydrogen Peroxide is an excellent choice... It kills bacteria on contact, yet is not toxic like bleach.

Don't buy the hydrogen peroxide at the drug store... Since this is a commercial establishment, you will need to purchase Food Grade 35%. This is a concentrate. If you buy one quart of 35%, once you mix it with distilled water, you will have 10 quarts!

Here is a low price provider of this product:

I would purchase a 32 oz empty sprayer bottle, add the hydrogen peroxide to it and spray away....
