- 8 frankfurters
- 1- 1/2 cups mashed potato
- 1 Tablespoon minced onion
- Salt and Pepper
- Cheddar cheese coarsely grated.
Split franks lengthwise, stuff with mashed potato to which onion, salt, pepper and plenty of butter has been added.
Now sprinkle with cheese. Broil until a golden brown. Remove and serve immediately.
