Frozen Cherry Cheese Pie
Ingredients
- 2 packages cream cheese, softened (3 oz. each)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- dash salt
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 envelope Dream Whip
- 7/8 cup cold milk (no, this is not a typo)
- 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
- 1 unbaked 9 inch graham cracker crust, chilled
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Directions
Combine first 3 ingredients in bowl, blending well. Add egg yolks and vanilla, beating until smooth. Prepare Dream Whip with milk using package directions. Add 2 cups Dream Whip to cream cheese mixture. Fold in egg whites. Pour into crust. Freeze for 3-4 hours. Let stand at room temperature for a few minutes before serving. Top with pie filling and remaining Dream Whip.

This recipe has egg yolks and you do not bake it? Or is this a typo? momraggs
