Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup bran
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup raisins
Directions
Mix together dry ingredients. Mix together wet ingredients. Combine both mixes and pour into muffin cups set in cupcake tin. Bake at 425 degrees F for 15 minutes. Serve warm with butter.
