Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken chunks
- 1 t. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 cup rice
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 tsp. lemon peel
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
- parsley (opt.)
Directions
Put oil in pan, add paprika,, salt, pepper, and place chicken in pan. Add oregano, lemon peel and lemon juice on the chicken. Add rice and chicken broth. Cover and cook med-high for 30 minutes.
