- 2 lbs. flank steak
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3/4 cup oil
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 green onion, chopped
Combine all ingredients except the steak and mix well. Marinate the steak in the refrigerator at least 5 hours, turning several times. Grill approximately 4-5 minutes for each side for serving rare. Slice thin, diagonally across grain. Serve heated marinade to pour over steak, if desired.
