In a large nonstick skillet, saute the green pepper, onion and garlic in oil until tender. Add tomatoes. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered for 5 minutes. Stir in lima beans and corn; cover and simmer 10 minutes more or until vegetables are tender. Stir in the basil, salt and pepper.
