Betty Crocker has a cookbook, "Easy slow cooker dinners". All of the recipes are great. They have good ones on their web site too.

We love 'Cheesy Chicken' made in the crock-pot.

4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can milk

Mix the milk, cheddar cheese and cream of mushroom soups together in the crock-pot. Add the chicken breasts, cover, and cook on low for 4-6 hours.

Serve over rice or noodles.

For a 'cheesier' flavored dish add some cheese of your choice. We have tried Velveeta, ColbyJack, and Cheddar. They're all yummy!

For a beef roast, put the roast in the crockpot (or brown it in a skillet on the stovetop before putting it in the crockpot). Mix 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, an envelope of dry onion soup mix and 2 tablespoons of worchestershire sauce and pour over the roast. Cook 6-8 hours. Roast is very tender and delicious!

Hi ~ Try this recipe a friend gave me a long time ago. It's sooooo easy ~

Crockpot Chicken Stroganoff

6 boneless chicken breasts
1 large container of sour cream
1 can of cream of chicken soup or any cream of soup
1 package of dry onion soup mix

Mix all together and put into the crockpot. Cook on low for 4 - 6 hours or until chicken is tender. I serve this with either noodles or rice as you will have a nice sauce to pour over. And I also prepare a vege. too. Enjoy !
P.S. Of course you can alter this to make less, I also use fat free sour cream and healthier cream soup ! Your choice !
