Easy Creamy Banana Pudding (Diabetic)
I like recipes with sour cream in them, as a matter of fact, I use sour cream in almost everything I cook.
- 1 (8 oz.) container light Cool Whip
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. fat-free sour cream
- 1 pkg. sugar free vanilla wafers
- 2 (6 oz.) pkgs. sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 4-6 bananas
Mix pudding as directed on box using skim milk. Add Cool Whip and sour cream to pudding. Stir. Layer wafers, banana slices, and pudding.
