Line pan with crushed vanilla wafers. Pour above mixture over wafer crumbs. Cover with more crumbs. Refrigerate overnight. Serves 6.

This sounds yummy! I absolutely LOVE anything with peppermint in it. Will certainly be trying this recipe. Thanks for sharing.

Have you done this with homemade marshmallows? Either vanilla or peppermint? How does it come out? Does the gelatin hold it together?
