I just adopted a stray 6 month old kitten. She has had a visit to the vet already and is in good health. I just noticed that her eyes look small. They dilate unevenly. Does anyone have an opinion as to what to do?

Good for you for rescuing a stray. Kittencare.com might help - click on uneven eyes. I searched "cat uneven pupils" and found several websites that might give you info. Good luck.

Some cats just have small eyes. Is your kitten a Siamese? They tend to have a lot of eye problems. Nevertheless, take your cat back to the vet. Uneven dialation sounds serious.
