We love making s'mores when camping or cooking out at home, but adjusted the "recipe" for a lighter s'more. Instead of using the regular ingredients of graham crackers, chocolate bars, and marshmallows, we use fudge striped cookies and marshmallows. You still get the taste of chocolate but not all the calories of the chocolate bar. It's also easier for little fingers to hold on to for fun eating around the campfire.
