How do I get stains out of clothes from baby formula?

I have four grown children now. When they were small I used Spray n wash on their clothing. I never had stains. I also used burping clothes when they were very small when burping them.
Try using powdered dish washer detergent (any brand). Wet the spot on the clothes. Make a paste of the dishwasher detergent and water, and scrub in.
Tried this method. This did not work. Still have stains! I wanted to pass down these clothes ! Urgh. I'll try another method. I really need these stains gone !

We use a mixture of oxi clean or BIZ (enzyme cleaners, cascade powdered dishwasher soap, resolve stain remover and Awesome (which I believe is the key. It cleans everything! You can find it in a spray bottle at the Dollar Tree for $1 or Dollar General in a big bottle for $3-$5), all combined with my regular detergent and fabric softener in the washing machine.
