If you purchase or are given helium balloons, you know they are beautiful and expensive. Recycle and reuse them by slitting the bottom part of the balloon, inserting gift wrapped in tissue and reseal with tape. I get many compliments and am happy to recycle. A tip I learned from Heloise.
