Craft Project: Recycled Easter Egg Cups

This is such an easy way to recycle lids from bottles and cans. You can use hairspray, laundry soap, or even shaving cream lids. I made this one out of a lid from hairspray.

Approximate Time: 10 Minutes

Supplies:

  • Lid
  • Glue
  • Easter Paper or Material
  • Ribbon

Instructions:

Measure around the lid and cut a piece of paper or material to fit around. I used tissue paper for mine. Then using glue (glue stick, all purpose, glue gun, or mod podge) glue the paper or material to the lid.

Once this has dried, tie a ribbon around and finish off with a pretty bow. The egg fits perfectly inside, or you could add some Easter grass if you choose. These would make pretty place settings for your Easter dinner. These are also a great kid's craft project to showcase those beautiful dyed egg works of art.
