Add Padding To Bargain Shoes

I got a beautiful pair of off-white summer boat shoes/moccasins but they are a tad too large. I could just wear them with socks, but it's summertime! So I put pads in them. Unfortunately the only pad I have on hand are the narrow girly ones and these shoes are broader, so I beefed up the padding for the time being by putting strips of that plastic foam pacing material under the foam pads. That and a generous dose of shoe powder made my new shoes just fine! Ingenuity wins again!
