Water Damage on a Countertop
I would like to know how to repair a countertop with water damage. It has bubbled up. It also has stains from kid mouthwash.

I'm wondering if there is some kind of paint you could use to paint the surface. I might sand the bubbles down first. You might ask at your local hardware store.
