Cinnamon Bars
Ingredients
1 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 egg yolk
2 cups flour
1 egg white
1 tsp cinamon and 1/4 cup white sugar mixed
Directions
Mix butter, flour, sugar and egg yolk; spread on a large greased (I use Pam) cookie sheet. Beat egg white and spread on the mixture. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top. Bake at 325 degrees F for 22-25 minutes.
Source: Someone served this at a Church social and my 10 year old told me afterwards that I HAD to get the recipe. I was happy to see it used simple ingredients and made a huge batch!
