i think a farm theme would be easier and funner...cuz all kids love animals! check out birthdaypartyideas.com for lots of great ideas. hope this helps!

Well, if it's a farm theme, you can rent one of those petting zoos (price differs according to number of animals) and give them a bouncy room. Include insurance because you never know what a kid will do.
Coloring t-shirts as souvenirs would keep little hands busy for a few minutes.

Don't do a pinata. Have you ever watched America's Funniest Home Videos? Those things can be dangerous to whoever helps spin the kids around. LOL Good luck with the party! I hope everything goes well for you!
