Make any kind of cupcakes and frost as desired. Put some coconut in a baggie with a few drops of green food coloring , zip the bag and squish it around until the coconut turns green. Pour coconut onto a plate or bowl and dip the frost cupcakes in it. Stick on a few jelly beans, add a licorice whip as a handle and have an "Easter Basket" cupcake. The kids can do most of this decorating with minimal supervision.
