I was wanting to know if anyone can tell me what the problem is. When I send a friend of mine an email or card she cannot recieve it. I usually can only send her an email through a new message.
Do you think the problem is my computer or her's? Or just what is the problem?

I can't hardly send her any cards from different sites, they are always returned. Yes, I have checked and double checked to make sure I have the right address.

Anyone have any ideas? I would be glad to hear them.

Teresa

Editor's Note: It might be that the mail you are trying to send is too large. Talk to Verizon about it because they are the ones that are not letting you send.

It is most likely in her security settings or not having you automatically added to her address book. Check your settings & have her check hers.

She may have a spamblocker that recognizes email from websites and unknown senders as spam. She should add you to her address book or whatever the spamblocker looks at to see if mail is "safe." That will help with personal email, but I don't know if the cards will every work. Maybe she has different settings on her spam blocker--maybe she could set it to a lower level and possibly the cards will work then.

If her Inbox is full she can't receive it or if it's been awhile since she's checked it they (the emails) wont go through................. if possible when you type a long email make sure to save a draft of it so if it doesn't send you just send a copy of the draft and delete the draft when she gets it

I have and IBM clone and often have problems when sending stuff to my Mom and sister who have MacIntosh (Apple) computers. Don't know the solution, but that may be your problem.

IF YOU FRIEND'S SERVER HAS A HIGH PROTECTION ON SPAM, ETC., YOUR FRIEND CAN GET IT ONLY IF YOUR NAME IS IN HER E-MAIL ADDRESS BOOK. HAVE HER CHECK THAT OUT. IT WORKS THAT WAY ON MY COMPUTER.

Is she at work? many companies block some e-mails; especially forwards, because they are often virus infected.

It's possible that her mailbox is full. She may need to delete some of her outdated mail.

Call Tech Support at your ISP. That's their job to help with problems.
