Mandarin and Cranberry Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 cups ground cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 pkg. black raspberry gelatin (3oz.)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup drained crushed pineapple (reserve 1/2 cup juice)
- 1 small can mandarin oranges
- nuts, if desired
Directions:
Step 1: Mix cranberries and sugar and let stand overnight. Dissolve gelatin in the boiling water and add pineapple juice.
Step 2: When thick, add pineapple, oranges, cranberry mix and nuts, if desired. Let set and serve.
