- 1 cup flour
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
- 1 pkg. cream cheese
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 small pkg. instant pudding (chocolate, lemon, pistachio, or butterscotch - your choice)
- 3 cups milk
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- optional toppings: coconut, chopped nuts, candy, etc.
Crust: Blend flour, melted margarine, and nuts. Pat into 9x13 inch Pyrex pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees F. Remove and cool.
Second Layer: Cream powdered sugar and cream cheese. Fold in Cool Whip and spread on cooled crust.
Third Layer: Pour milk into pudding mix and beat until thick. Spread on cheese layer.
Fourth Layer: Cover with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with desired topping.
