Avocado Fruit Dressing

It's quick and easy to make, and it's light and refreshing.

Ingredients:

  • 1 dark green avocado from Mexico
  • 1 can tropical fruit chunks
  • Miracle Whip or other Salad Dressing (not Mayo)

Directions:

Cut avocado in half and remove seed. Using a spoon, remove meat from peel. Crush avocado with a fork until smooth. Add salad dressing; I use 2 rounded tablespoonfuls and mix. Add juice gradually from can, mixing until it is a thick pourable consistency.

Place fruit in individual dishes and top with avocado fruit dressing.

Enjoy!
