Lemon Delight

Bottom Layer: Mix as for a pie crust: 1 cup of butter, 2 cups sifted flour, 1 and 1/2 cups chopped pecans. Spread in 13x9 inch pan and bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees F.

2nd Layer: 1 8oz. cream cheese, 1 cup sifted powdered sugar, and 1 and 1/2 cups Cool Whip. Mix together and spread over COOLED crust. Chill.

3rd Layer: 2 boxes instant lemon pudding and 3 cups milk. Mix together and spread over chilled 2nd layer. Chill.

4th Layer:(which is really the top) 1 and 1/2 cups Cool Whip, 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Mix together and spread over chilled 3rd layer. Chill.

That's it, now enjoy enjoy, it is yummy. You can also make this with chocolate pudding.

The recipe calls for 3 cups of Cool Whip (1 1/2 cups twice). Would this be equal to what is in one container of Cool Whip?
