Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ribs (pork)
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1 box pasta
  • 3 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions

Marinate ribs overnight in garlic, rosemary, and olive oil.

Pre-heat oven 425 degrees F. Place ribs in shallow roasting pan cover with foil. Bake 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, and add wine. Bake 15 minutes longer.

Cook pasta. In pan, cook garlic in 2 tbsp oil, until golden brown. Add cabbage and chicken broth. Cook until tender.

Remove meat from ribs, and add to sauce. Then add pasta. Top with butter and Parmesan cheese.

What kind of pasta should I use? I see cabbage listed twice, I guess it is an error.
