Help Your Cell Phone Return Home

My young teens share a phone, so when they have events that my husband and I are not always at, they can call us if need be. Needless to say, it gets left or lost at times, each kid thinks another has it. In one case, another kid picked it up as it was identical to his.

Finally, after it disappeared AGAIN, I took a photo of a note that read "If this cell phone is found, please call XXX-XXX-XXXX" with the x's representing my phone number. I then made that photo the screen saver on the phone.

My daughters thought I was nuts, but when it was lost again, I got a phone call telling me they found a phone with my note on it. Got the phone back, didn't have to replace it, and everyone was happy.
