How do I remove a water spot from dyed cloth shoes?

Try using white chalk. Works on grease spots on shoes, might work on water spots!

Can you re-dye the show the same color? Also, I've done this on microfiber shoes - I used a permanent magic marker to fill in scuffs, etc. HOWEVER, the shoes were black, which hide a multitude of sins! Good luck! :)
