An easy way to keep everyone in your life up-to-date on the doings of your life is a blog. Standing for web log, it is software that allows one to post entries and have them available for all to read. It's especially useful in those situations, like medical condition updates, where you don't want to make a zillion phone calls all the time. Simply one post to the blog and everyone can check your news on-line at any time. There are many blog spots out there, but one free place to start is Livejournal at http://www.livejournal.com
