Inside Out Bacon Cheese Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 Tbsp. ranch dressing, divided
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cheese slices, cut into quarters
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • lettuce if desired
  • 8 tomato slices

Directions

Mix meat and 2 Tbsp. ranch dressing. Shape into 8 thin patties. Mix remaining ranch dressing and bacon. Spoon about 1 Tbsp. of bacon mixture onto center of each of 4 patties. Top with 2 single quarters of cheese and second patty. Pinch together edges of patties to seal. Grill patties 7-9 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Add lettuce and tomato.

These are so good! We make them on the grill once in awhile but I used the ranch dressing powder (before you make it up) instead of the liquid. And we also skip the bacon.
