Cinnamon Peach Crisp
- 4 cups diced peeled fresh peaches
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
In a bowl, combine the peaches, orange juice, brown sugar and cinnamon. Transfer to an 8x8 inch pan coated with non stick spray.
Combine the flour, sugar and baking powder. Add egg and butter; mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over peaches. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over batter.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes or until filling is bubbly and topping is golden brown.
