This sounds really good, and I'm wondering if I can get my children to eat spinach if I went to the trouble to make them a Greek pie? There used to be a little Greek restaurant in PA that we went to when I was in college years ago, and this spinach pie was eaten as often as we eat pizza now.

Thanks for the recipe.
