It's a little question with a big answer. You need education, job experience, self motivation, self employment attributes (which includes everything you can think of, and lots more you haven't), money helps a lot, equipment, truck, helpers, a big desire to help people, lots of respect for the trees, strong safety mindedness, no fear of heights, and an outstanding command of common sense and practicality. That should get you started, then the real work starts!
