Place beans, water and onion in saucepan. Cover; simmer 8 minutes or until tender; drain. Melt butter and saute' mushrooms. Blend in flour, seasoning salt and pepper. Add sour cream and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Do not allow to boil. Fold in beans. Pour into lightly buttered 1 qt. casserole and sprinkle cheese on top. Broil 4 inches from heat 4 minutes or until cheese melts or bake at 325 degrees F for 25 minutes.
