Raspberry Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 pkg. raspberry gelatin (6oz.)
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 2 pkgs. frozen raspberries
  • 1 cream cheese (8oz.)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 Cool Whip (9oz.)

Directions:

Mix pretzels, butter and 2 Tbsp. sugar. Spread in 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes and cool. Dissolve gelatin in hot water, add raspberries, and put on top of cooled crust. Let gelatin set! Mix cream cheese and sugar; fold in Cool Whip and place on top of gelatin.

Tip: Raspberry Salad

This is great! I love raspberries and I am so thankful for spring and summer when they are in season.

Ingredients:

  • 2 boxes cherry gelatin (3oz. size)
  • 3 cups boiling water
  • 2 boxes frozen raspberries
Topping:
  • 1 pkg. Dream Whip, prepared
  • 1 small pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 cup marshmallows

Directions:

Dissolve gelatin, water and raspberries and let set. When firm, mix topping ingredients and gently put on top of set gelatin. Keep refrigerated.

Recipe: Raspberry Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 pkg. frozen raspberries
  • 1 pkg. raspberry gelatin
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 cup pecans (chopped)

Directions

Drain pineapple and raspberries, combining with reserving liquid; add water to reserved juice to equal 1 cup of liquid. Bring liquid to a boil; add gelatin, stirring until dissolved. Pour liquid over raspberries. Stir in remaining ingredients; chill.
