Beat at high speed until creamy:
- 3/4 cup cake flour
- 1 cup Crisco
- one half tsp. salt
Very slowly add:
- 3/4 cup cold water
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Mix very well. Gradually add 2 lbs. Powdered sugar. Store in airtight container in refrigerator. Will keep 6 weeks.
This is like the icing used in bakeries!
