Well you could do one of three things.
1.Write to them at
Michaels Stores
Attn: Customer Service
8000 Bent Branch Dr.
Irving TX 75063

or

Call them at 1-800-642-4235

or

e-mail them by going to Michaels.com
then scroll to the bottom and click on customer service where you will find a link to send a e-mail.
I am sure someone there can give you an answer.
