What is the best way to remove the dirty marks on my painted walls after taking pictures down?

Be careful with the eraser, it will take finishes off the wall and will leave a dull spot. Been there, done that!

Use magic eraser. Also good is a paste of baking soda and water. Just apply and rub. This works well on counter stains too.
